Reseller Guide
Reseller console overview — customer management, pricing, redemption codes, finance, site branding and team permissions.
This guide is for reseller administrators and covers day-to-day operations in the reseller console.
Console entry point: Personal → Agent Console in the left sidebar after signing in. Only accounts with reseller status or an explicit console permission see this entry.
Console structure
The reseller console has seven tabs, each an independently grantable module:
| Tab | Purpose |
|---|---|
| Overview | Site branding, logo, homepage content, display language and currency, custom domains |
| Users | Bind customers, adjust quota, set groups and visibility, reset passwords |
| Pricing | Configure your own groups and customer pricing |
| Redemption & Invite Codes | Issue redemption codes, invite code groups and the waitlist |
| Finance | Reconciliation, receipts, consumption, procurement and payment, commission and settlement |
| Analytics | Usage analytics: request and token summaries, trends, top models and customers, failure logs |
| Management & Audit | Sub-admin roster, quota adjustment audit, site operation logs |
You may see fewer than seven tabs:
- Redemption & Invite Codes is only available to prepaid resellers;
- If you are a sub-admin, you only see the modules granted to you;
- Profit figures are visible only with the Finance module.

FAQ
Frequent operational questions.
The single most important rule
Your wallet balance is a hard prerequisite for every granting action.
Topping up a customer, adjusting quota, issuing redemption codes — each is deducted from your prepaid wallet balance. At zero balance, all of them fail.
Further: when a customer redeems a code you already issued, the system re-checks your current balance. If it is insufficient at that moment, redemption fails.
So: confirm your wallet balance before running promotions or issuing codes in bulk. See Finance & Reconciliation.
Things only the platform can do
The following cannot be self-served in the console — contact your account manager:
- Topping up your wallet (prepaid procurement)
- Procurement pricing and commercial terms
- Enabling online payment capability
- Reseller account provisioning, suspension and mode changes
- DNS resolution failures, certificate issuance problems and other technical issues
